Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 3-7 business days after payment is received. Most orders are delivered in about 20-30 days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, local delivery conditions, and seasonal delays.
Once tracking information is available, we will provide it so you can follow your package online. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees may include handling, packing, and postage costs. The final shipping cost will be shown during checkout before payment.
We recommend placing all items in one order whenever possible. Separate orders may be shipped separately and may have separate shipping fees.
Packaging
We pack orders carefully to help protect the items during delivery. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
Returns and order issues
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. We will do our best to help with missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
Because delivery times can vary by country and customs processing, shipping delays alone may not always qualify for a refund. If your package has not arrived after an unusually long time, please contact us so we can help check the status.
